IMPORTANT DATES

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation all around the globe, we have organized this conference into Virtual Conference and the method is VIRTUAL PRESENTATION for all International and local participants. 

Our proceedings are indexed in Scopus, as well as EI Compendex and Inspec. One important point to note, is that you will find our publication is listing in SCI – SJR 2019 (but it is not yet assigned any quartile).

The payment should be done in either Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or US Dollar (USD). Participants are advised to register before 15th October 2020 (Malaysian time: GMT+8) to receive an early registration discount.

Extra charges

If the length of the paper exceeds 12 pages, the cost of each extra page (begin at Page 13) is 25 USD or RM100.

If the authors request to amend the details or revised the paper after published, the cost of modification process is 100 USD or RM450. Please ensure all the submitted information are correct including your first-name and last-name, organization name, etc.

Guidelines
1. Registration: Up to 25 October 2020 11.59 PM. (After making the payment you need to fill the proof of form https://forms.gle/2XQbf4AtJmDyiPPw6 ) 
2. Registration fees and how to make payment as stated above.
3. Mode of payment of registration fees: NEFT / IMPS/ Direct Deposit/Fund Transfer / Foreign Transfer / SpeedSend.
4. Final paper Submission (Make sure all submitted information are correct and similarity index < 20% ) through Easychair (up to 20 October 2020) 
5. Similarity Index of your final copy: less than 20%. 
6. If anything changes required in your papers as per the technical committee of the conference, you need to change in your final submission through Easychair  
7. All the presented papers in the above conference will be eligible for submission to Scopus Indexing.
8. All payment is not refundable.
9. Please do not perform late submission, the above guidelines has to be followed by authors strictly on time to avoid delay publishing process. This publication is for 2020.

Steps to submit a paper
  1. Prepare your manuscript in MS Word (in *.docx format). 
  2. Template of the full paper format in MS Word can be downloaded here A4 format
  3. Maximum number of pages is 12 pages including figures, tables, & references| Guideline 
  4. Upload manuscript in EASYCHAIR online submission system (New registration required prior to new user New User Link)
  5. Wait for responses from reviewers and correct your manuscript
  6. Submit the revised version in EASYCHAIR and confirm your registration form
  7. Kindly make a payment and upload your proof of payment here
