Computer Vision
The computer Vision is the science and technology of machines that see, where see in this case means that the machine is able to extract information from an image that is necessary to solve some task. As a scientific discipline, computer vision is concerned with the theory behind artificial systems that extract information from images. The image data can take many forms, such as video sequences, views from multiple cameras, or multi-dimensional data from a medical scanner.
Computer Graphics and Visualization
Visualization today has ever-expanding applications in science, education, engineering (e.g. product visualization), interactive multimedia , medicine etc. Typical of a visualization application is the field of computer Graphic . The invention of computer graphics may be the most important development in visualization since the invention of central perspective in the Renaissance period. The development of animation also helped advance visualization.
Speech Processing
Study related to speech processing includes speech recognition, speaker verification, emotions classification, dialogue system, text to speech (TTS) and application based works related to speech signal processing.
Virtual Reality
Virtual Reality is a term that applies to computer-simulated environments that can simulate physical presence in places in the real world, as well as in imaginary worlds. Most current virtual reality environments are primarily visual experiences, displayed either on a computer screen or through special stereoscopic displays, but some simulations include additional sensory information, such as sound through speakers or headphones.
